What is NextGenScholars?
NextGenScholars is a beta learning practice app for kids with parent profiles, child profiles, quizzes, progress visibility, and feedback tools.
Is this a final release?
No. It is beta software. The current goal is to test the app experience, setup, quiz flow, progress, downloads, and feedback.
What content is available now?
The beta currently includes selected Math content for age 3, age 8, and age 11.
Why only Math for ages 3, 8, and 11?
Those levels are being used to test the software while more Math content is reviewed and curated.
Will more levels be added?
Yes. More Math levels and content are planned over time.
What is the Content Market?
It is a planned place for parents to find curated learning content packs for NextGenScholars.
Is the Content Market available now?
No. The Content Market is coming soon and is not active for downloads yet.
Will Content Market packs be free or paid?
Some packs may be free. Larger or higher-value curated packs may be paid later, and all prices will be clearly labeled before download.
Does the app require internet?
The app is moving in a local-first direction where possible. Downloads, updates, support, and future market features may use internet access.
Does it store my child's progress?
The beta is designed around local app progress storage so parents can see practice results on the device.
How do I report a problem?
Email support or use GitHub Issues. Include the app version, operating system, what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened.
What should I do if the app does not open?
Check the install guide, confirm you downloaded the right file for your operating system, and contact support if it still does not open.
Should I enter sensitive personal information?
No. During beta, avoid entering sensitive personal information.
How do updates work?
Beta updates are posted on the GitHub Releases page. Download the latest package for your operating system.
Will my child's progress be preserved after updates?
The goal is to preserve local progress, but beta users should treat updates carefully and report any issues.
Is Android/iOS available yet?
Not yet. Android and iOS are coming soon.
